Hi heze54, It is a small memory leak in the agent, we already fixed this issue and the new build will be out really soon.

Hello, Please download the latest build of EndPointSecurity that already includes the fix for this issue. After installing it, please update all of your agents and that should solve the memory leak problems. Thanks!

Yes, that is the latest build. If you encounter these issues with this build it means that we might have a memory leak issue that we don't know of. So far we were unable to reproduce such leaks in house. There are two ways in which you could help us in detecting these leaks: 1. Installing the UMDH (User-mode dump heap) utility to analyze heap allocations, run it and save several states of the EndPointSecurity agent service in order we can compare them and maybe detect the reason of the leaks. 2. Letting us connect to your agent machine remotely in order we can analyze the problem directly. Please let me know whether you are willing to try any of the previous solutions in order to help us detect these issues. Thanks!
