Hello Everyone,

When i open GFI endpoint security console for the first time daily and start pushing agent to client pc , GFI EPS console encounters an error and gets closed and my network is not connected to internet so i cannot use the troubleshooter.
I have checked services its fine and in event viewer i cud not find much,a
i am using GFI ES v4.1

so wht r the basic steps to troubleshoot.
please guide.

On machines with no Internet access you can speed up access to the GFI Console by performing the following:

Please open Internet Explorer
Click Tools -> Options -> Advanecd
Under Security uncheck "Check for server certificate revocation" AND "Check for signatures on downloaded programs"

Once done, close, then re-launch Internet Explorer.

Try to launch the GFI console again.
