e-mail monitoring

Status: offline 		Trying to use the e-mail monitoring facility.

It will not send e-mail to an internal address or an external address.

I have checked properties and it is enabled OK.

Any idea's ?

I suggest emailing support@gfi.com and describe your problems and also attach your troubleshooter files.

I am sure it is a misconfiguration issue.
