I have installed GFI at one of my clients. Disclaimers are not getting added to outbound e-mails. Mail is being processed and being seen in the monitor, I have tested with keyword filtering and that is working. However, neither plain text or html e-mails are getting the disclaimers attached. We have also tested with domain and user disclaimers with no success.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance...

Hello Zero,

Are all local domains listed in the MailEssentials configuration? (General properties -> Local domains)

We ended up reinstalling and managed to get it working this time. Must have been a bad initial setup or something. Thanks!

I am having this problem as well. Tried the reinstall and still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are battling the HIPAA war so any advice assistance, etc would be great. My domains are configured correctly, etc.
