customize notifications

I need to know how I can customize the notification for when a web site is blocked.  Right now I just get a box that say:

Access for 172.xx.x.xx was denied by GFI WebMonitor for ISA Server.
Details:
Default Web Filtering Policy Blocked site category:bla bla bla

I need to customize this a little bit but cant find where in the program this is located.  If it is a htm I cant find it.  Anyway I need to right something in there to let the employees know to contact the IT department just in case a site they are going to is blocked and it shouldnt be.  Like last week a woman was trying to show me pictures from her honey moon but since the pictures were hosted on photobucket it was coming up as nudity.

Status: offline 		I believe the files you are looking for are in the Program Files\GFI\WebMonitor\Interface folder, and likely within the Interface\Styles directory.

Status: offline 		Actually, it's not - but it's close

The file you need to edit is here:

C:\Program Files\GFI\WebMonitor\Interface\BlockingMSG.html

Unfortunately, you can't have custom messages per. site.
It's one fits all.
