Hi There,

We have a problem with ME version 10 build 20060721. I am totally aware this is an old build but for reasons beyond my control we cannot upgrade to a later version due to some software which is running on the exchange box.

Anyway, when we open up the Quarantine section in Mail Security we receive the error message "Could not communicate with middle layer". I have come accross this post (http://forums.gfi.com/m_900773137/mpage_1/key_corrupt%2cquarantine/tm.htm#900773316) which tells you how to fix it but there is a query i have with this.

I can see the databases apart from the quarticketman.mdb and its folder for that matter TicketMan. Is there a way i can recreate this without reinstalling?
