I noticed the same thing. I also had a problem when I removed an item from the content list, it reappeared at the bottom of the list...sort of. I say sort of, because when I clicked to edit that item, it showed something different. To get around this I had to export the list, remove all the unwanted items, create a new rule and import the list. This is quite a pain and I hope it is fixed soon. I also noticed, when I exported the list, the items where repeated many many times.

Do you have any anti-virus software on the MailSecurity machine?

Approximately, how many items do you have in the Content checking list?

In my case there is not anti-virus scanner on the machine running mailsecurity.

I was using the Defualt Content Checking rule that came with the product, but I was also able to replicate the problem with a list I made myself with about 20 items in it.
