Am new to this software and have tried it a few times but has stopped on both occasions about two-thirds of the way through. One error message was "client stopped responding."

Any ideas why that would be?

I'm new here too. I get the same message. " client stopped responding" I tried twice and got the same message each time. I hope someone can help use with this. Maybe something is blocking the program? I was doing backup on to a USB stick. The only thing it backed up was sample pictures.
