I have custom check and it reads from a file on a network share (read permissions are given to 'everyone').
Gfi network is running on server1 and network share is on server2. server2 is not in the domain. check uses server2 administrator credentials, but file can't be reached. Help me please.

Are you able to access the file from Server1 to Server2, using the credentials as specified in the GFI Network Server Monitor Configuration?

We tried to use server name instead of ip and it worked just fine. so this is resolved.
