how i can change the account test@faxmaker.com by vic@faxmakerxelko.com. my smtp server does not request user and paswword to connect

From this forum post, you should be able to enable the POP3 downloader tab. Once you do this, you should be able to set the account used in the POP3 downloader field to the account you want messages to upload from. Once you set this account in the field and have enabled the POP3 downloader, restart the GFI FAXmaker services. After this, you need to select to disable the POP3 downloader (assuming you don't intend to send faxes via the POP method), and restart the GFI FAXmaker services again. This should allow you to receive the faxes from your desired account.

Although this is not really a supported method, I have seen it work in many instances, and should work for you.
