Well it is getting detected, but only after it makes it thru to the exchange server and then it catches the non-deliverable reply from the postmaster account. Is anyone else having this problem? It doesn't look like it's catching it on the way in but only on the way out. Our definitions are obviously up to date as it is catching it at some point and we are definately scanning all incoming mail as Mail Security is catching others.

Ensure that you are able to see this mail on it's way in from the MailSecurity Monitor.

If the issue persists, please send troubleshooter files on to support@gfi.com for further investigation.
