I just reinstalled in Windows7 and the zip file wants a password but, wont take the password I had given it previously. Is there anyway to restore all my files that are apparently locked up ?

I dont remember setting a password ,so apparently the box was checked and I can't get it to open at all !!! I guess I've totally lost all of the backup,right

mrtanner98, we can't help you, please try to remember your password. Even if we knew a way to retrieve the password, we still couldn't give you that password, because that password is meant to protect the backup, you might not be the legit owner of that ZIP file. Thank you for understanding.

Thank You,I just deleted it all and, am trying to retrieve what I can, I assumed that would be the answerbut,I really don't think I set a password and the box was checked and I didn't notice it. Thanks again !
