I keep getting the following message;
Your serial key needs to be updated in order to continue receiving antispam updates automatically. If you have a maintenance or antispam update agreement in place, or have purchased less than a year ago this serial key update is free up until the expiry date of your agreement. Please contact sales@gfi.com for more information.

I checked all of my contracts and they are vaild to 2007. Any clue on this?

IMCH,

Ensure that you are using the MailEssentials 11 license key specified in your customer area on the GFI site. You need to check that this key has been correctly entered to the MailEssentials configuration.

Should the issue persist, please generate a set of troubleshooter files and send them over to support@gfi.com for further analysis.

I am still running Mail Essentials 10.0, does this mean I must upgrade to 11.0 to keep receiving spam updates?

I also have this irritating problem after udgrading to Mailsecurity 9 and Mailessentials 11 (and....yes I have got the new serial keys).

It is best to send us a mail to support@gfi.com including your Client ID or license keys, regarding this issue, since that we will be able to check further.
