I run FEX10 (unlimited users), just installed a SMS modem and started sending SMS.

All 12.000 users can send a fax from outlook, no matter if they are explicitly listed in Faxmaker "licensed users" or not. To receive fax, they need to be listed, though.

But with SMS, nobody can send SMS without being listed both in Faxmaker "licensed users" AND in "SMS licensed users". Unfortunately I cannot import groups like "Domain Users".

Q: How can I easyly SMS-enable all users ? (I do not hope you ask me to import and maintain 12.000 users in "SMS licensed users". This is not an option)

Hi,

In the Active Directory object picker that is displayed when you try to add users/groups to the FAXmaker licensed users or the SMS users, the picker will only list mail enabled users/groups. Therefore if you are not able to view the groups, most probably they are not mail enabled in Active Directory.
