Hi,

When we try to search through Yahoo (using ISA 2000 with Gfi WebMonitor 3-v3.1.421), we receive an error message :

"Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999."

We are quite sure its the webmonitor that caused the issue because we have two ISA 2000 servers and one of it that is running without the WebMonitor did not have this issue.

Any ideas ?

I have the same problem too.
But I have it only with Firefox!!!! IE is working OK!!!!

I tested with the web monitor disabled and it's working with firefox...

I noticed and a few other problems with firefox.
For example I have a problem with the forum of one site.
With firefox the half of the page is missing but with IE it's working OK...

Hi,

Yahoo has limitations on how many search requests can be made per hour.
999 means that this limit was reached. WebMonitor 3 recognizes this response from Yahoo and will resume checking sites when this restriction is lifted by the Yahoo servers.
