I've added the specific user's email address to the white list and even the *@yahoo.com domain, but have been unable to receive email from any yahoo accounts? The emails aren't even found under any of the filter folders in the user's inbox.

I have other instances of a monthly newsletter email repeatedly hitting the bayesian folder even thought the *@*.eh2.com domain was added to the "add list" area.

Exch2000 on Win2000 with ME9.

What build of ME are you using?

Is yahoo.com in your ME blacklist?

Is yahoo.com in your Exchange SMTP blacklist?

Downloaded this latest from the FTP today and installed in effort to fix.

Domain "yahoo.com" is not on the blacklist for ME9 and I've never tried entering any blacklist for Exchange (was unaware of that functionality).

Are the mails being blocked by any of the MailEssentials filters? If so, by which filter, and for which reason?

Are you able to see the mails passing through the GFI monitor?

I don't see the emails coming through the monitor and it doesn't end up in any of the filter folders.

I do not receive a kickback message at yahoo that the email didn't go through.

Our ISP began filtering spam with IMAIL and the SpamCop, SpamHaus blacklist have recently added yahoo.com and sbcglobal.net to their lists. We've fixed our problem.
