On local installation on windows 2003 server, after adding a website (http) monitoring, I have the "Unable to create new internet session" error.. there's no proxy set, same setting works fine on Vista.

Any hints?

.. btw, installed on other 2003 x64, works perfect..

the problem is in old server.

Are you trying to scan any HTTPS website, or any website that redirects to another address?

Same problem here. From time to time (usually every few days to weeks) ALL website monitoring checks (HTTP as well as HTTPS, internal as well as external web sites) are failing with that same error "Unable to create a new internet session (probably your proxy settings are not correct)"...

But there are no proxy settings at all...

Newest NSM7 Build on Windows Server 2003 SP2 32Bit (German language edition).

After service restart, everything is fine until it happens the next time...
