Are these 2 different animals? When I export, I get about 110 entries. However, the Whitelist screen tells me that there are 525 entries in the Auto Whitelist.

As far as I know you can't export the autowhitelist. But if you have access and are brave it is located in one of the databases [Smile]

When exporting the whitelist, only the list of addresses which have been added manually will be exported. The auto-whitelist will not be exported.

Is there any chance that this will become a feature later?

If you want to backup the autowhitelist or move the items in the autowhitelist to a new installation, you will need to backup or move autowhitelist.mdb found in the mailessentials directory.

It is best that you stop the mes services and the iis admin services when moving this file.

It's just kind of nice to be able to go through their say in Excel, pick the ones you wish to remove out of the list, or possibly remove corrupt entries, and then reimport it to your new Mail Essentials.

I don't think the import/export works the way you would expect it to.

i.e. Export a whitelist, then edit and remove entries. Import the edited list back in, and I don't think it will remove anything. Can anyone else verify this?
