I'm just wondering how could this product be #1 on the list of anti-spam software if it doesn't have spam quarantine feature. It has been requested since early version and no one seem to take it seriously. I'm very dissatisfied about it.

That depends on exactly how you define "quarantine".
There are ways of achieving a rudimentary "quarantine" in the application already, and have been there since early versions:
Examples:
1. Forward all spam to a quarantine account, and distribute manually from there.
2. Archive spam to a quarantine folder, and distribute by manually placing in the pickup folder.

Taking your argument further, how can a Formula 1 car be the number 1 best car when it doesn't even have air conditioning?
If you don't like the product because it doesn't give you the functionality you require, look for something else. Or submit a feature request, but remember a feature request is only a request, with no guarantees it will be implemented.
