Our exchange 2003 server crashed yesterday and had to be rebuilt. MA was reinstalled and everything test correctly to the SQL database. I can see my archive mailbox getting messages and then being polled and the messages empty out.However, when you bring up the client "web" interface to see mail messages, new mail is not being displayed. Messages prior to the "crash" are there but nothing new. Where are the messages going and why can't we see them..?

Have you checked you SQL server? Did you create another database?
Run a query on the SQL server with a data condition and see if you get the new messages.

Do you have any .crp files in the MailArchiver\Cache folder?

Are there any files (how many) in MailArchiver\Pickup and MailArchiver\Queue folders?
