I have mail archiver running on Server 08x64 with Exchange 07
This is running on a dual quad core with 8GB ram.
We have approx 128 users with around 6 - 7 GB being archived per month.
We are having a couple of issues I am trying to resolve.
1. It seems like the MArc.Store.exe process is always chugging alone at around 20 - 30 process usage. I figured at some point it would finish what it is doing and take a break, but never does. Is this normal.
2. We are seeing high memory usage on the server. We it is first booted we are using between 30 - 50% of memory and everything is chugging alone fine then all the sudden the memory usage jumps up to 99%. When this happens the Web Access and the Outlook Connector stop functioning completely. After a few minutes the Memory usage drops back down, but the Web Access and the Outlook Connector cease to function till I reboot. Once I reboot it will work fine anywhere between 1/2 hur to 1 hour and then the same thing happens again. Does it really require that much ram? Do I need more or is there an issue?
We were planning on deploying the outlook connectors to the pc's and start using the software here soon, but can't with these issues still lingering.
