Can someone help me.

I have installed GFI Mail archive, but when i try to go to the configuration page, it does not load up. I get the following message

"GFI MailArchive Configuration, Please wait while the page loads..."

but that's as far as it goes. It stay's on this screen. According to the browse bar it's still opening the page, but i've left it for approx an hour, but still nothing come up.

Restart the GFI Service.

Hi,

I've restarted all the GFI services, but it still hangs.

Any more suggestions

Hi Joanne,

Best is that you do the following:

1. Stop the WWW service
2. Stop the GFI MailArchiver attendent service
3. Go to the GFI MailArchiver directory
4. Execute file 'Enable Debug'
5. Start the WWW service
6. Reproduce problem

After reproducing the problem zip up the MailArchiver/DebugLogs directory and sent it to me at david@gfi.com

I had the same problem. All I did was change the URL from http:\\localhost\mailarchiver\administration to http:\\localhost\mailarchiver\administration\default.aspx.

Hi all,
check in IIS configuration if Asp extension are allowed.
I had the same problem after installation of MA.
Installation procedures do not modify IIS configuration to use asp extensions needed by MA.
