These days, I found MA6 stopped collectiing emails from Journal Mailbox , there are about 5000+ emails in the mailbox , I think it must be too many emails to download. I enabled debug mode and got these information :

My Email server is EXchange 2007 , MA is the last build and installed on another seperated server and use IMAP to collect archived emails , there are about (2000 emails) / (8GB data) archived each day .

Anyone help me?

Thanks for your reply!

All settings are default , archive all emails and no any exclude options or retention options , archive store is pure SQL mode .


Do you have any idea?

Status: offline 		search for the string error in the Core2\Debuglogs folder or Store\Debuglogs. This should give an indication which module is faulty.
