Hi,

We have anti-virus CA and GFI Enpoint
When a user who has denied the access of writing USB, inserts a device USB, the anti-virus in real time cannot clean the virus in USB
That it is possible to be done in this case to clean the virus?

Thanks

If the virus scanner service was running under a specific user account and not Local system, you could add the specific service account to EndPointSecurity to allow full access to storage devices and USB ports.
