VISTA SP1 issue [failed to enumerate devices on this computer]

Status: offline 		Hi,
currently I am evaluating Endpoint , I have lots windows VISTA SP1 clientsand I want to manage them, whenever I try to deploy the client on them I get the following error:
failed to enumerate devices on this computer.
I enabled the remote registry on them and no firewall is running, I am running GFIES 20080215, what is wrong with it.

Status: offline 		There is a patch to fix this known issue w/ Vista clients that had SP1 installed. You can request the patch by submitting ur contact info at the Tech Support area.
