I have a problem, I have defined some AD groups by users type navegation, for example, the name of my group is calles GF_ISA_Managers it contain all managers of the organization, and I have defined int he console Web Filtering Policies, this is the first in the list.

Todat, when a user try to use the internet he receive the message that indicate that the default policy (last one) block the request. (this user is member of the manager group and the everyone group in GFI WebMonitor Policy, but this is the last policy in the list)

I include the user in the correct policy together the AD group defined in GFI Webmonitor.

My question Why the user are unable toi use internet if this is part of the group and policy?

Will you please verify you are running the latest build of GFI WebMonitor?

With the latest information you provided, I would recommend opening a support ticket with us at http://support.gfi.com  We need to investigate if the event logs are generated because of something GFI WebMonitor is doing, or if the .NET Framework on your machine is corrupted in same way causing this trouble.
