Hi all, ever since upgrading from version 6.0 to 6.1 the user mailbox sync function no longer appears to work. All of my email since the upgrade only shows up in the inbox and never gets moved to the folders I created. Is there something I need to do in order to get the mailbox sync back working again? I've already re-added and re-tested the sync user and that was successful.

RGagne, Is this happening for all mailboxes? What is the size of your database? Which database are you using; SQL or Firebird? I'm having the same problem. User sync stopped working when i upgraded. I am running SQL db. I have a DB per month and each are about 45GB in size. Mail boxes range from very small to up to 22GB. It seems that all mailboxes have the problem. I have followed the instructions in the KB article and still no sync. I have recently uninstalled GFI from the user sync role and data retrieval role and completely reinstalled and the went through the KB article again. still no sync. Please help.

Sync seems to be working now. It took a long time after the reinstall to sync but it is starting to move messages now. Thanks.

Yes, mine is working now as well. It would appear that we had some users that just took an extremely long time to sync.
