Hi everyone, good day, I am just a newbie here and I would like to ask about the exceeded users. We have purchased 100 license, we have less than 100 users emails but then the GFI detected it more than 100. 163 to be exact, the total number of emails that the GFI is counting. Now, my question is, is there a way to remove to know the exceeded users? Thanks in advance! GB

One of the debuglogs files details the users it thinks it's found. There is a knowledgebase article on removing users too. Have a search; Sorry, I'm writing from a smartphone that doesn't allow me to search.

Quick way to look is to take a copy of the userlist.mdb file and open it in access. It will show you the users that have been allocated licenses. Then query ldap on your exchange server to get your list of email addresses Also, When in GFI MailEssentials Configuration, right click on General and select properties, then click the users tab. (\program files\gfi\mailessentials folder) Gene
