Hi, For me i got an issue, After the upgrade the reporting details disappeared and i need to add it back, upgraded also the ReportPack and now Reports are not working anymore because the original database in my SQL server is not working because of the upgrade. I am trying to update the reports again in WebMonitor and lets see how it will work, after. Cheers...

The upgrade is ok now except for some issues with the New ReportPack. If you install ReportPack with the old version still on your system you will notice that all the previous reports tool is missing(you can't even run a report), my work around was, uninstall the old ReportPack and then install the new ReportPack but in Evaluation mode(don't put your keys yet). After you successfully installed, you may now enter your keys on options/licensing. Hope this will help someone with same situation. Cheers...

Nilupa, On clean installing WM after your problem did you have to reload all your customised settings or were they remembered? Cheers.

I had no problem installing 20080609 over 20080226. I was also able to install the new ReportPack over the existing version. To upgrade the ReportPack I first opened WM navigated to Reporting and unchecked Enable Reporting. Next, I upgraded the ReportPack. Then, I opened the ReportPack and went to Options-Database Source. I re-selected the database and let it check the structure. Finally, I went back into WM and checked enable reporting.
