I'm getting this error: "Anti-virus last updated on: Last update check failed.Status: 200 ContentType: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1".

Norman A/V updates but not Kaspersky or BitDefender or the anti-phishing engine. Does anyone know why this happens?

It is GFI WebMonitor 2009, version 5.00.0080, build number 20090403.

Hi Drew,

Thanks for that. It's an evaluation licence though so I don't have a customer login for the site. I'll just open a support request.
