Unable to contact the update server!

My company is currently using LANGuard NSS 8.0, and recently we noticed that a couple of our servers are no longer able to talk to the update server.  I have verified that all network traffic is open through the firewalls.  Below is a sample of the lanss_v8_configtools.csv files, that I believe is giving me the error I am researching.  I have bolded the line I am most interested in:

It seems this error is occurring when Checking License...

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

It sounds like your license key may not be up to date - Can you open a support request online at http://support.gfi.com/Support/support.aspx?lcode=en so we can further investigate?
