Status: offline 		When I check monitor.isa, the displayed url is missing the first letter. PLease see the url below.

Status: offline 		Jannie you are runing old version of WebMonitor which did not support SNAT clients. Install new WebMonitor3 beta and your problem would be fixed or force clients to use webproxy on ISA server directly.
