Hi, We are evaluating Mail Archiver (in Exchange 2007 sp1), we think is a good product, but there is some point we haven't enought clear: - MA archives at journaling mailbox level, but what is the best option to reduce user mailbox size? For example, with a folder we can delete old items, but we are not sure this is safe, because of possible data loss. - With Outlook connector users can consult their mailbox offline, what is the maximum size of offline cache? - SPAM management is quite difficult. Sometimes there are false positives corrected by users. In this case, we loss this interaction. If we want to ensure important data is not loss, we have to archive all spam. Is there any solution we haven't read? Thanks very much for your help. Best regards. Athletic
