Hi there, I'm not sure I understand the problem. Was it an internal email (i.e. did it stay within the same mail server). Please note that blacklists tend to have some false positives. Try going to dsbl.org and use the query on their site to check the IPs of your mail servers to see if they are listed. In the meantime, may I suggest that you switch to using 'zen.spamhaus.org' or 'bl.spamcop.net' as your main DNS blacklists since both have been fairly accurate in the past and have a high capture rate. In any case if you could elaborate a bit on what your problem is I might be able to give you a better response. Thanks.
