Searching issue

Status: offline 		Our archive stores are as follows:

2006 Email Archives
2005 Email Archives
2004 Email Archives
2003 Email Archives
2007 Email Archives
2008 Jan - Mar Email Archives
2008 Apr - Jun email Archives

If we try to search for emails in 2007 onwards, no results show!!  You can see all the emails in the archives when you browse the archive but not when searching! What is wrong?!

Also, is there a way we can change the order of the archive stores so they are in order?

can you verify if the databases are indexed from the Archive Store Statistics?  The number of indexed messages should be equal to the number of archived emails.  What GFI MailArchiver version are you using?

Currently the official way to re-order the Archive Stores list is to remove the archive stores from the GFI MailArchiver and re-add them in the required chronological order.
