Status: offline 		For Mail Archiver 5 build 20080430 I can browse through all conversation in archive but I cannot attain anything in a search of any archive. Statistics show 0 indexed mails on archives. I have rebuilt the indexes as well to no avail. What am I missing to get the search functional? TIA!

When you start rebuilding the index can you go to Archive Stores > View Statistics and see if this number changes?  Give it some time and then take a look.  What I am looking for is if the indexes ever start or if they are going completely through and then going back to 0.  Do you have any antivirus software running on this server?  If so please make sure ..\Program Files\GFI and ..\Program Files\Common Files\GFI are excluded from any active file scans.  Also make sure that if you keep your indexes/databases in a different location that these locations are excluded as well.

I have excluded all subdirectories you mentioned from active virus scanning. The result I am seeing after rebuild index is still at 0. Once I click rebuild index and review the statistic it hesitates for a short period of time then still shows 0.
