Hi, I'm using SELM 5 and there is no forum for this so hoping this one will be close enough... Our server running SELM 5 crashed and we restored to new hardware. Since then, the status monitoring will not start - it hangs on initializing. Also, the selmcomm process seen in task manager is using approx 25% cpu. This process runs under the gfi_monitor_usr a/c. The services all run under a domain admin account and start successfully. I'm guessing that the gfi_monitor_usr a/c is not logging on correctly but I cannot find anywhere to change this other than in user accounts which I don't think is correct. I've seen the monhelpertool but that resets the wrong a/c. Is there any way of fixing this or do I have to re-install? Thanks
