A rule was created that blocks all the annexes except what it will be defined in the list. However, some e-mails are being blocked with the extension “*.dat”. How I can decide this problem? Exists some configuration specifies to use the rule that everything blocks except what he will be inserted in the list?

Hello Adilson, Can you check whether you have configured any Attachment checking rule to 'Block all Except this list' in the MailEssentials configuration?

I discovered that whenever we send email for a person and it it answers the email is blocked by the GFI alerting on a name annex “nofliname” and in the truth this archive is soon of our company who has in the signature of the email. Already I tried to allow archives without extension, but I verified that the extension of a blocked archive will have gotten excited the GFI leaves to pass, for example, archive” .pps " is modified its extension for none the GFI does not detect this change and leaves to pass. If it will be able to pass me an alternative not to block soon of the company I am thankful.
