We have 30 some odd users and use DTMF/DID routed to exchange mailboxes. For some reason a couple of users do not get messages they are routed to the administrator inbox.  I've deleted and recreated the mailboxes to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions on what might be the cause and what might fix it.

Clomtourque,

Well it could be a few issues so lets narrow it down.  After making the changes to the routing make sure you have restarted your GFI FAXmaker Services.  Then test.  If it still goes to the Administrator (or the Default router), then please look at the body of the fax email.  This should have the DID/DTMF digits that it was passed if it does not then this could indicate an issue with either GFI FAXmaker not reading the digits or the phone system not passing them back.  If it is there then we need to be sure that the digits are correct and match the routing that was set up.  Please do this and get back to us.  Thank you.

Services restarted, in the faxmaker monitor it never shows the number being routed via dtmf, also on the fax the dtmf/did shows blank.

What type of Fax device (make and model) are you using to receive faxes with?

But I just finished checking with another tech who believes the problem might be with the line instead of faxmaker.
