Hi All, just a quick question in regards to restoring emails from Archive. It seems that the only option is to recieve the restored email in the users mailbox as an attachement from the administrator (or whichever ever email you specify for notifications). Is it possible to have the mail restored to it's original place within a users mailbox? ie. same folder structure within inbox, same date and time stamp, and to appear as from original sender? or even to have them email restored to a 'Restore' folder within each users mailbox? Thanks for your help.! Rgds, Pete

Hello Pete, If you restore an e-mail to a mailbox it will indeed always send a message to this persons mailbox with the original e-mail attached. This has been designed this way to make sure the recipient can easily locate the restored e-mail. There is no way to restore the original e-mail in a desired location automatically. If you want to, you can work your way around this by opening the attached (original) e-mail and save this as a .msg file on your desktop. You can then drag and drop this e-mail to your desired location in Outlook and it will display with the original date and sender. Kind regards,
