Hi, I am trying to restore mail from MailArchiver. When doing this the system reports back that the email has been restored to the users inbox, however it doesnt appear. I have checked ESM Message Tracking and there is no log of the mail being sent/recieved etc. We also use MailEssentials, when restoring the mail I have watched the Mail Monitor and again, there seems to be no record of the mail being processed. I have also checked that downloading the email works. So I am assuming there is something going on in the emailing process. Are there any logs I can check in Archiver or Essentials to try and find out whats going on? Any help is appreciated! Adam
