The top edge of some of the pages is being cut off.  It makes it so the top line or so of text is gone, and makes it hard to get the gist of what that particular issue is.

ReportCenter 3.6
LANGuard 9.0

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?  Doesn't seem right to have great reporting features if it doesn't come out on paper.

Often this is related to printer drivers, can you print to the Microsoft Document Image Writer (if you have Office installed) and see if the resulting .TIFF file has the same trouble?

Drew,

Sorry for the delay in responding.  This is on a "server" machine, so it does not have Office installed.  My options under Printers are two printers that I installed, and Microsoft XPS Document Writer.

Can you try printing to the MS XPS Document Writer and see if the issue is the same?

It worked ok when I printed to the xps, then opened that in IE and printed.  It also worked fine when I exported to a pdf, and printed from that, so that's the direction I'm going to go.  I'd like to have a copy of the reports I run anyway, so that makes sense.

Thanks for the help.  I'm not going to worry about trying to print directly from LANGuard at this time, as I'm only demoing the product.  If we purchase, and it becomes an issue, I'll readdress it then.

Thanks,

Joe
