I just installed a new version of the report pack and everytime I try to run a report it just closes. Nothing in EventViewer.

In the Help --> check for latest updates - the version is 20061004 but the Options --> Version information is 20061213

Our Event Manager app is version 20061006. I know there is a new version but have not been able to run it since its been working so far.

Does the install of only the report pack require a reboot? I'm assuming it does.

Hi,

The build number displayed under Help > Check for latest version on website... is the build number for the ReportCenter, whilst Options > Version Information displays the build number for the ReportPack.

It seems that you are not using the latest build for the ReportCenter. Can you please update to the latest build (20061129) and see if you still have the problem? Check http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002908 for more information about this build and to download it.

Updating to the latest ReportCenter build fixed this issue for me.......
