Hi,
Report "Summary" does not have marked "down" of one service ICM Ping of one router. Why ?

That would mean that the router has not been down since NSM has been installed. [Smile]

NSM was installed. The report it only marks it the "down" after second control. The first one "down" does not come marked.

It does not come marked on the report when it is "down" before the time. But only the second time

yes. I have set up the notification of the Alert if the router it does not answer after the second ping. In the report it does not come visualized if it does not answer to the first one ping.
It's ok ?

OK, now I have understood [Smile]

When you configure a rule that will only trigger an action after the second failure, all the actions that are taken on failure will be done only after the second failure. So the first failure will be nearly totally ignored by NSM
