I've got next problem plus implore one's help. In Active Directory I'm change the name of user account. After rename user will fail to authorize to account. It's no go not even in Outlook Connector, not even web. E - mails archiving. When run in as administrator, archives renamed user browse.

Hi, Please could you describe more the issue? What do you mean by "user will fail to authorize to account"? If you have problems doing the login to the Web interface of MailArchiver, please make sure that you are using the form "Domain\user" in the username. Also, please could you clarify what do you mean by "When run in as administrator, archives renamed user browse"?

Hi, I have same problem. I rename user in AD (win2k3) and in Exchange Management console (Exchange 2007 SP1). Now, i can not login to GFI. If loged as Administrator in GFI, then view renamed account with actual name and connect user mailbox work (view emails ...). But login with renamed user (or via old name) not work. Thanks. UPDATE: i dont know why, now is work.
