I downloaded the trial version of GFI Fax/smtp v11. Before I bought the license all incoming/outgoing faxs have this statement "This fax was sent/recv..." and it was fair. But after I enter the license key, this statement still exist. How could I remove this annoying statement?

After purchasing you can remove/customise footer in the FAXmaker configuration.

The text may be included in the FAXmaker coverpage. You need to edit the coverpage to remove this and restart the FAXmaker FAX server service.

I have entered our license key. Faxmaker accepted the key, shows the proper number of users/lines but I still can't uncheck the footer option.
I even reinstalled the server but the option stays checked.

Please send me a screenshot of the footer's page, together with a copy of the license key you are using to support@gfi.com and I will check further regarding your issue.

Kindly reference the url of this thread in the mail sent to us.

Was there a resolution to this problem? I am having the same trouble with Faxmaker v10 build 20030930.

I have Version 12, build 20050524.
I can uncheck footer option but faxmaker ignore this command and stamp "this fax was received by GFI ...."
