Status: offline 		We are experiencing a problem w/ EPS v4 agent Version 2008 Build 0215 when successfully deployed onto all Vista SP1 workstations.

The EPS Agent Service would stop working and closed - the error message is "A problem caused the application to stop working correctly, Windows will notify you if a solution is available."

Is there a patch available? Btw, Vista PCs w/o SP1 are working fine!

Status: offline 		   If you have a support contract in place there is a patch that will correct this problem.

Tks for the confirmation! I remember reading something like that in the forum but I just wanted to be sure. Just out of curiosity, what other's GFi product(s) do you use? We are using practically all 9 products!
