I am new to MA so I have a few questions I'm still not sure about

current setup:
MA6 w/ Firebird, Standalone server
Server 2000 w/ Exchange 2000
Outlook 2003

Question 1: Journaling
I noticed there were only steps provided for Exchange 2003/2007 in the manual. Can I assume they are basically the same for 2000?
As well, when I use this journaling account, this makes a copy of all users email incoming and then passes it to the MA database? So really I will be making a copy of each email coming in taking up twice the space?
Reason I ask is I only have 15gig of database space for Exchange 2000 and it does not delete database room without a offine defrag.

Question 2:
I was able to setup MA to look to our server and grab the inbox of the 'test' account.
It removed all email from the inbox and placed it into the GFI part in Outlook (acting like the journal account?).  I sent an email to the account, appeared in the regular inbox and then...10 seconds later it automatically moved to the GFI box...cool!

However, when I signed on through the web browser interface with the test user and went to the mailbox, it did not show anything archived after April 30, 2008.
In Outlook it shows ALL email up to date.
Is there a configuration somehere about this that i missed?

Thanks

Q1: Should be the same as Ex2k is not that far off from Ex2k. The way GFI MailArchiver works is Exchange journals the email then you setup GFI MailArchiver to poll the account set to receive the journal email and when the email is successfully archived it is deleted from the mailbox.

Q2: How did you "grab" the mail for that account?

Q1: Thank you

Q2: I went to Configuration -> Mail Servers to Archive -> Add Mail Server -> Archive Emails/Remote Ex -> Specified the Server and gave the login for the 'test' account (assuming i would put in the journaling account here?)
It then took everything from that Inbox.
However, in the Web Access for the 'test' user, it only shows up to April 30 (i've tried to sort all ways) but when 'test' uses the Outlook connector it shows everything up to the present date.
Is there some sort of syncho i'm supposed to be doing?

Q2:
If you are using the 'test' user account and its also the journaling mailbox user then this is what you see.
