I have installed the faxmaker client 11 on a Windows2000 client (as administrator).
If I try to send a fax as admin there is no problem.
When I logon as another user (no matter what privileges he has) the fax form dows NOT open. There is no error message at all. All i can see is that the faxprinter driver recieves the document directly without opening the fax form.
I already checked that the fmstart service is running. Everithing looks ok, but the fax form does not open ! Are there any registry stetting I have to adjust? Do I have to install the client for every single user on a machine? Please help! Thanx in advance AndrT

This problem has been addressed in the latest build of FAXmaker for Networks/SMTP 11 client. Please download it from our website.

Thanx for the quick answer.
I found the problem on my own yesterday evening.
It was a missing entry in the Registry (HKEY_LocaL_MACHINE...) user:username value=1

But i will download the new version of the client !

If the problem is happening on multiple clients on the domain change user your domain security policy to set this registry permission for the entire domain.
