My clients download file after web monitor scan the file click "Save to Disk" button some clients will have 502 proxy error.

I disable CARP and work OK

W2003 SE SP2
ISA 2004 SP3
GFI WM 4.0 Build 20071203

Was GFI WebMonitor upgraded to a new build after the original installation?

Fulano,

To upgrade GFI WebMonitor, when on a CARP, you will need to uninstall WebMonitor from each member of the CARP and re-install it on each.

Hello Fulano,

Can you provide me with some more information?
Does this happen for all the downloads scanned by WebMonitor when CARP is enabled?
Can you also please post the exact 502 Proxy Error they receive?
Does the issue persist if you temporarily disable the Anti Virus engines in WebMonitor?
